Why the Fuck isnt she refinancing all our debt using 30 year Bonds  BEFORE RATES go UP….could it be she’s more worried about Bank earnings than the US’s  ability to avoid Financial Catastrophe  ?

Why not finance a Trillion or two in Long term bonds 100 year to rebuild America with ? BEFORE RATES go UP ?
