Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who reached out to remember Uncle John. Such kind words and memories. On a personal note, I was so glad I had reconnected with him in my adult years and went to see him in KW with my brother in January 2016. Uncle John, my brother and I had spoken within the past few weeks about setting up another visit for this coming January. My mom had also gone to see him this past March and spent a long weekend with him and my Aunt. I know as much as John recently fought he knew it was OK to let go. He and his big sis were very close and spoke almost daily as far back as I can remember. He will certainly be missed. Every time I lurk on the Oasis he will certainly be first in my thoughts.. MIKE
