SNG Poss Terror attack NY

I don’t know if that’s a rumor or not but there was another about watching out on Halloween because they can cover their faces. We now have a possible terror attack in NY. On a NY nice day people out riding their bikes when a Truck attacks and shoots people. Currently deemed a possible terror attack. People killed people hospitalized. I wonder what that guy next to a victim in a gurney was smiling about?
