Loading ...In almost all cases the mine in question would never have been built without foreign capital and knowhow. If you think it’s OK for a government to expropriate a mine after the company has invested hundreds of millions and years of work into it then that’s where you and I part ways. I don’t think socialism or communism works in the long run.
As Maggie Thatcher said: The trouble with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.
