Blood Presure is all over the place during the DAY and spikes during a visit to Dr.s office ,so keep that under account..Best is to get yourself a wrist meter for yourself and take it for a week several times during the DAY ,just to get a perspective .
Mine is about 112/65 upon awakening ..rises to 125/80 if Im watching TV…then 130/80 active during the DAY on average ..If im sick igoes to 135/80 even 140/80 ,but I know why ..and dont worry about it..find whats normal for you…Im 79 years ..If your younger it might be higher or Lower….find out why by thinking about it…I take it once a month now and am not going to let it bother me unless Im feeling bad….Dont let Dr.s worry you to death…If its 150 and higher and your young see your DR and find out why..Get enough sleep,& exercise physical exercise or work will help keep it under control ….Once in a while a nurse will say your BP is 130 its a bit high and Ill laugh at her ..she preconditioning a patient for a drug sell and I say really ! that HIGH ? whats yours ? and she wont say another word about it…Some of them are sales people …others are honest…know for yourself….
