Loading ...The claim is Sessions is just following the law. The law has put him in that position despite biases he may have. That generation thought ill of it for many reasons as it was attached to anti military thanks to San Fran, Berkeley et all and believed it was mind altering like LSD which it’s untrue less laced with something else and more powerful than it really was. Because of biases and possible ignorance they put it as a schedule 1 drug up there with physiology addictive drugs which is also untrue.
As long as it stays a schedule 1 drug it will be illegal on the Fed level. Let’s see congress that wants it legal ” both party’s” have the assertiveness to change the schedule.
