Fast forward to today…
In the latest measure of optimism, TD Ameritrade’s Investor Movement Index rose to 8.59 in December, its second straight monthly record. The index measures the behavior of TD Ameritrade clients, aggregating their positions and activity to measure how they are positioned.
“Retail investors ended 2017 with exposure at all-time highs. Our clients were net buyers during December, resulting in one of the longest buying streaks in the history of the [index],”
Last month, Morgan Stanley wrote that institutional investors were “loading the boat on risk,” with “long/short net and gross leverage as high as we have ever seen it.”

R640 you are clearly blasphemous! Never going to happen
Ipso – I agree Neumeyer is one of the good guys, definitely more outspoken than McEwen?

I like your charts. Are we about to embark on a multi year run the likes of which people will talk about forevermore?

How many mining execs have ever talked about the rig? Neumeyer and errr … there must be one or two more. Neumeyer is a good reason to hold AG. When silver finally gets moving they should be a big winner.

Gold appears to be breaking out of a major 11-year wedge:
Gold has moved above its 50 and 200 week moving averages:
The Bloomberg Commodity Index has pushed above its 50 week moving average (black line), supporting gold (red line):
Gold is at all-time lows against its most important investment competitor:
And gold stocks are near all-time lows against equities:
This article is the collaboration of Rudi Fronk and Jim Anthony, cofounders of Seabridge Gold, and reflects the thinking that has helped make them successful gold investor

I guess Neumeyer is why I hold AG. Really like the guy. These dumbass miners have to do something to stop the theft that happens on a daily basis. No doubt the banks squeeze the miners financing.
First Majestic Blockchain works for me. Change the symbol to AGBLK
I’m really so tired of being the dumbest guy on the block.

That would fit perfectly with my major reversal of the system, 1913 to 2008, manipulation artificial economy, and then a reversal back to reality and capitalism. Don’t forget ever since the invention of internal combustion engine and paper money was great for wars. Artificially cheap metals are important for war efforts. Wars are now minor and or terrorist attacks.

Sounds good to me! That’s what Neumeyer is talking about. Maybe bypass the current exchanges entirely.

When they make a crypto with ties to precious metals that should be interesting and drive the banksters and corrupt leaders in other countries into a fit.

In his interview Neumeyer mentioned that “there’s work going on right now to create a system using blockchain to price metals.” When asked directly how he thought the implementation of such an idea could impact the situation in the silver market, here’s how he responded.
“It’s going to remove the whole system of marginal banking where today we have over 300 times margin on silver. Silver trades on a global scale about a billion ounces a day and virtually all of that is paper, or 90% plus is paper.
The miners produce 800 million ounces a year, so we’re trading, just using simple math, 365 billion ounces a year on the exchanges worldwide, and we’re only producing 800 million ounces per year.
That’s a quite lot of leverage in my view. So if you get a way from the exchanges, that leverage disappears, and you have a much more fair pricing mechanism.”
That whole system that’s currently pricing our metals is going to end”

We have to ask ourselves, who, or which special interests, encouraged or unleashed Trump to run? I even think Steve Bannon feels he was “used” so as to get his followers to vote for Trump.
The restoration of the US economy was a “shadow global gov’t” objective after the 2008 crash. No matter WHO was elected domestically.

I watched a big part of the what Trump turned into a board meeting on security, border control and Daca. A lot of good comments including one Democrat senator from MD and Virginia I think.
Feinstein was there and looked like she was trying to slip past the point of solving the illegal border crossings and chain migrations by trying to get a bill just for DACA saying it was a immediate concern and not addressing the problems that caused it. That they could do that later. Yeah right, they would just get what they want and there would be no later. That didn’t fool the republicans in the room including one Republican senator from Calif. that it’s going to be addressed together. A Hispanic senator don’t know his name trying to say walls will do know good which was disputed by Trump went on to show maps of where they were getting in motels and other places. Trump smartly said we’ll bring it up and we’ll address that too. Meaning we’ll have both.
You can’t have sanctuary cities and expect that they wlll handle that when they put it in ignore like they’ve done for decades in these cities.
I’m glad a senator brought up catch and release preventing them from being deported from non compliant states.

Slowly, slowly these ‘wizards’ are learning their futures and ETFs are powerless to influence the fundamental bitcoin price. They have become so overconfident while doing this to gold, they figured it would work with bitcoin also. WRONG! So now they are learning they just signed up for a good whip-sawing! 🙂

Had to be Mike Rogers exposing the illegality of the Fisa court warrant.

The Dawgs went into half time with a nice lead, and then gave the Victory away in the end. Grrrrr!
Only to wake up to a kick to the groin by the banksters this morning. I give up, Oprah for President makes about as much sense as anything else I can think of.
