I think miners shutting down is a GREAT idea! I think all the majors should shut down for 3-6 months for ‘equipment upgrades’, ‘modernization’,  or just to restripe the parking lots. With the PM cupboards near bare, that should throw a wrench into the bankster paper games. I am rather sure the miners would more than make up any ‘losses’ for their extended vacation in the newly discovered price of Gold and Silver. Just a thunk.
