The diagnostic clue that this early stock rally will reverse is Europe-the big 3 there are all down-
they usually are in lock step with the U.S. market–also early rallies show that investors aren’t concerned and still believe the buy the dip mantra….in a bull phase, opening dips are the rule…that are quickly bought.

I just checked–it’s 7:42 here in NY…the overnight S&P-has given back the gain of 34 pts and is now slightly negative–that only happens when a market is in a bear phase…where are the brave bulls who used to “pray for a correction” so that they could add to their longs?
