I Think The US Dollar Has Made It’s Monthly “Splash” And It’s Over

I see a December rally, a January rally and a February rally. Take a look. Coincidence? Or Manipulation?

I won’t be surprised to see interest rates drop soon. Look at the break-out in late 2017. that was the Trump effect interrupting the natural trend down. Is or will the Trump effect ware off soon?
