Loading ...The see through would be good for border patrol but too thin. They should be thicker like a few feet. For one stability, they could be cut through easier, another if they could rocket a rope over it they could tie it at the bottom through the fence. They should make sure no hook can be attacked to the top either.
See through should be only half a inch or so apart maybe a lot of them for sight to make it hard to get a rope through.
