Loading ...Richard we shouldn’t overlook that the population of the world in 1989 was something like 5 billion and now it’s 7.5. We have a lot more people walking around on the planet. So we’re always going to need an expansion in housing, even if they’re not coming into the United States somehow they are. I have a hard time believing it’s all legal immigrants coming to the u.s. I think there’s a lot of illegals that are inflating the rental market and new house market too. All these bodies have a need for shelter.
