how healthy do u want to be–enuff to make the effort to help yourself–to make a RADICAL change in your diet and life style?–ya see with these alt. therapies, they have to be done according to plan/protocol–not chaotically–not for 3 days then go for a big fat thanksgiving dinner…this is not a weight loss diet where u can “make up” for it the next day–u r starting a healing process and even one bad meal can be a serious set back…so before u buy a book or sign up for an expensive stay at a health spa, u gotta look deep within and see if u really want to be healthy….reading inspirational literature and getting all hyped up for a few days is just a waste of your time. What I just wrote applies to any alt. approach to health and healing.
