On Turkey Armstrong was right economically. Would you let a cab driver perform brain surgery on you and that it’s like what’s going on economically with these politicians. It won’t be the first time Turkey has asked the NY Fed to ship the country’s gold back: in recent years, Turkey repatriated 220 tons of gold from abroad, of which 28.7 tons was brought back from the US last year.

PS I’m finicky about vaccines due to toxic adjuvants but don’t know what vaccines they give dogs there but sometimes that are dangerous I give like parvo vaccine which can also cause those symptoms. Reward greater than risk and others depending if your dog is outside or inside dog.

If you have a lot of mosquitos they need heart worm meds or regular tests. Meds cheaper than treatment.

I think we grew up in a time where we believed giving dogs bones except splintering chicken bones was okay and that bone marrow was nutritional. But as time went on I learned there is much more risk than any benefit. These bones can get stuck anywhere from the upper palate to throat to the intestine and cause obstruction chocking internal bleeding on and on. One woman who never took her dog to the vet starved to death because one bone was lodged in upper part of his her mouth and she he couldn’t swallow. It be sign of obstruction in not being able to hold food down.
Another issue with giving them food we eat is not just not getting enough nutrition as they need protein and don’t need all the fat carbs that go with our diets.
Pancreatic inflmatiom can also occurs because their system is different and they can’t handle spices. These spices in our food can cause “pancreatitis.” Some of these spices can also be toxic to dogs.
Many don’t do well with gluten either.
Ipso had a good idea with the baby food but you can purée your own in a blender but “no spices” just specifically made for your dog.
I would feed baby birds thickened water and watered down baby food meat by a eye dropper till I could get them to a wildlife rescue to take over. Because they had to stay warm that was a 24/7 job with feedings and heating pad.
Cheaper to by good quality grain free dog food and blend it. Hope you can find a better vet.

A strike has halted gold production at two mines in Mali run by Randgold Resources since Wednesday, two senior union officials told Reuters on Thursday.

The strike at the company’s Loulo and Gounkoto mines was related to the payment of bonuses and would continue until the issue was resolved, said Mamadou N’Daou, the administrative secretary of the industry and mines union SECNAMI.

Randgold, which owns three gold mines in Mali, was not immediately available for comment.

The Loulo and Gountoko mines are located in Mali’s gold-rich south, far from the unrest caused by Islamist insurgents in the north. They produced over 20 tonnes of gold last year.

Hi Richard –  I very rarely touch the Silver ETFs for moral reasons, but your post the other day inspired me to watch the SLV action.

Interesting – Silver is putting up a fight here today.  the SLV $16 Puts that expire today are selling for $.01 – $.02 !!

I couldn’t resist and had to buy a couple.  I know they will expire worthless, but through this selfless purchase I will guarantee that SLV will stay above $16   🙂
