VANCOUVER, July 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ – Bonterra Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BTR, OTCQX: BONXF, FSE: 9BR1) (the “Company” or “Bonterra”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release of May 23, 2018, it has now completed and entered into an Option Agreement with Beaufield Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BFD) (“Beaufield”), whereby Beaufield has granted the Company an option to acquire a 70% interest (the “Option”) in 81 strategic mineral claims totaling 3,590 hectares, located in the Urban Barry Greenstone belt, Quebec, and known as the Duke property (the “Property”).
Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Bonterra can earn a 70% interest in the Property by issuing 4,000,000 common shares to Beaufield upon acceptance of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange, paying Beaufield a total of $750,000 in equal amounts over a three-year period, and incurring a total of $4,500,000 in exploration expenditures on the Property over three years.

if you pull up a satellite pic of the border between the two, the difference is clear. on the haitian side, where private land ownership is discouraged, there is widespread deforestation.

In NYC the Pubic Housing Authority is facing $38 Billion in repair or replacement cost for the housing stock of 400,000 people who cant afford a market based product – even for NYC that is a Huge Number – for Principal alone that is more than $1,400 per apartment / per mo. amortization –increase over today or $17,000 per year plus interest of at least $700 – these people produce next to nothing – so how do they afford $20k year increase?
why would companies remain in the City to have their people’s assets and cash flow raped by Politicians like DeBlasio to pay for the welfare payments of the Free Shit Army?

Haiti, Trump should ask Hilary, Schumer, and Waters to go over there and rescue them. After all that’s part of their base. Hilary can put her money where her mouth is and give them the money she owes them while she’s at it. Hearing nothing on MSM about it, they’re still in Mexico. Send them to Haiti.

Not once throughout this Globalized fiasco have the masses at large questioned where all of their cheap merchandise comes from – who does the heavy lifting doing all of the things “we” used to do, but for ten cents on the dollar. This week was the fulcrum moment as the zero sum exploitation mentality that has pervaded Globalization from the beginning came back home to roost. Trump is adamant he can “win” a global trade war by attacking his own supply chain. He can’t. For the past decades, the *Free* Trade Faustian Bargain put the jobs in Asia and the corporate profits in the S&P 500. Reversing that equation is now generating a global markets crash. The biggest dislocations so far are in the world’s second largest economy, where GDP growth, the currency, and stocks have been getting pounded. The Shanghai Composite is now in a bear market and barely above the 2016 low.

A perfect example of the night and day difference between people who perpetually look for a handout and those who work to improve their lives and surroundings . Dominican friends tell me that the border between the two countries marks the division between denuded , bare earth squalor (Haitian side) and lush growth in the Dominican Republic ( Hispanic ) .
A stark argument against open borders !
