Two children dead within minutes of the MMR vaccine. Japan stopped this vaccine and split it up and death rates and autism went down with changes and also give less vaccines.

Samoa recalls vaccines after child deaths
Children were given the MMR vaccine and within minutes they were dead. One child was immunized without the parents consent despite her protest.
