I am really coming around to the concept that the smaller the circle of influence of any government , the better . The corruption just gets worse with greater governmental scope . Governance would be better at the city block level than at the global scale .
We see this in the USA as a result of interstate commerce giving the Feds all manner of scope.
Maybe something along the lines of Blockchain could accomplish smaller , but more effective , scope of governance in the future .
