Islands downgraded to tropical storm warnings, and Honolulu is still going to have a bad hair day, but the storm is downgraded to ‘tropical storm’ status below hurricane, and expected to drift westward away from the islands.
But when you take the top off a hurricane, it still drops all the water. It is STILL raining in East Hawaii.
