Loading ...Supposedly, they vowed to spread communism/socialism around the world. In fact a person I knew came to the USA from communist Romania. He was an extremely amazing smart electrician. Free education in Romania, and he left. I didn’t think that was right
He once told me its the same here in the USA, as in Romania but we don’t know it. Actually in the blatant obvious socialist/communist type countries, they get more from the gov’t than we get here.

Such endeavors facilitated commercial ties between the Soviet Union and the United States, establishing the basis for further cooperation, dialogue, and diplomatic relations between the two countries.
This era of cooperation was never solidly established, however, and it diminished as Joseph Stalin attempted to eradicate vestiges of capitalism and to make the Soviet Union economically self-sufficient.”
