Just thought Id throw in some Fermented Food stuff ..I had kidney stones every day for years and doctors had no idea why ,even kidney specialists had no idea,so I did some research .I knew I had problem digesting milk of any kind ,but had no trouble with cheese or fermented stuff like Yogurt .I did research for 3 months on cheese making and realized enzymes were the solution.I started taking a MULTI enzyme probiotic capsuls since I couldent find the specific enzyme I lacked.after 3 weeks my stones went completely away .My problem was partially digested Calcium that was sharp and cut as the stones passed ..Very small ,very sharp ,not visable…I suffered for years unnecessarily .Doctors were NO help.
Now I make sure I take my multi enzymes and I also take fermented foods like Sauerkraut ,KIMCHI,Yogurt.and my bread is Sourdough bread.The sour Kraut is from Germany Kimchi is local because I can buy fresh refrigerated without any Preservatives ,Japanese NATTO will also work,but its hard to find..,thats the KEY.. avoid Preservatives because it KILLS enzymes as does Cooking at high temperatures.
Its almost impossible to find food thats NOT Preservative laden because it saves them money ..Preservatives cause the problems ..restoring Enzymes with fermented food the solution.I suspect most stomach problems can be cured by restoring enzymes and Fermented food. It cured my stones…!BTW…. Beware that ANTI-BIOTICS will kill all your good biotics as well as the bad stuff,if you need anti biotic for some reason follow up with restoring the enzymes and fermented food benefits afterward,thats important…!
