Stains with out taking a good supplement CoQ10 which is one of the things it depletes will cause heart and muscle damage. People will complain of aches and pains and fatigue. I told a Japanese woman I know about it about 4-5 years ago and she didn’t get it. Then she texts me one day about a year later that I should take it because she started taking it and got her energy back and how much better she felt. I told her that’s because of the statins. She said what are statins? I told her YOUR TAKING THEM! Lol
Bees gut bacteria is important too
Monsanto’s global weedkiller harms honeybees, research finds
The world’s most used weedkiller damages the beneficial bacteria in the guts of honeybees and makes them more prone to deadly infections, new research has found.
Previous studies have shown that pesticides such as neonicotinoids cause harm to bees, whose pollination is vital to about three-quarters of all food crops. Glyphosate, manufactured by Monsanto, targets an enzyme only found in plants and bacteria.
However, the new study shows that glyphosate damages the microbiota that honeybees need to grow and to fight off pathogens. The findings show glyphosate, the most used agricultural chemical ever, may be contributing to the global decline in bees, along with the loss of habitat.

Stay away from fast food and all those hamburgers. Try almond milk. The taste is different but you might get used to it. It’s something that for me anyways talking awhile to switch over. When young I could drink it straight from the cow on my great aunts farm as a preschooler and learned to milk them at 5 but even a semi country girl at the time it was hard to drink it warm when you get used to it being cold.
These days with industrial farms the way they treat these cows is bad and milk now has blood and puss in it. Not only that the impregnate these cows then take their babies to slaughter while both babies and mother crying for each other.
Exercise will lower cholesterol but doesn’t have to be vigorous. It’s getting your heart rate up. Starting slow.
Juicing helps including vitamin C fruits.
A group in the Himalayas are said to live up to 160s and eat little meat. They fast once in awhile and drink straight apricot juice. They eat a lot of apricots. They are also known to fight cancer esp their seeds. They have no cancer problem or other problems like diabetes, heart trouble, until modern man introduced them to sugars and processed foods.
Have you noticed fresh apricots have disappeared off the fresh produce. The only kind I can find is canned.
Gold to da moon!!! I seen this in ZH

Spot on Alex re everything, our doctor wanted to put my wife (ex-wife now) then on statins, about 16 years ago, I did some research and advised her against it, so she did not take it , and is still kicking ( in hind sight that was a bad advice :)). Blood pressure is something that is difficult to bring down with natural products/herbs ,especially if one is smoker but a bit of exercise helps a little.
Keep up the good health Alex !

Oro , GT et al – I have not seen my PCP for four years…
Because every time I went to him , he tried to put me on Statins . I refused . My cholesterol numbers are excellent , and my blood pressure is around 75-80 over 120 . I eat butter in moderation , never margarine , and cook with olive oil when frying , except for my daily omelette , which is cooked with butter .
I am pushing 80 and take zero medications , staying healthy by avoiding my PCP . Kim-Chi is one of my favorite foods ( as is Sauerkraut and a natural yogurt ), and go to an Asian buffet when I can , to get a BIG serving of Kim-Chi .
Commish – Thanks for a GREAT laugh
BTW – my wife and I have a good friend in FL who is a native Glaswegian and is home in Scotland visiting family and friends at this time . – Is very disheartened to see hijabs everywhere and the native culture disappearing . We became friends because although my ancestors on both sides left Scotland between 1745 and 1800 or so , my blood lines are pure Scot . My maternal grandmother , born in Nova Scotia in the year of Canadian Federation spoke no English until she started school and was told ( via an older schoolmate , translating the teacher’s words into Gaelic ), that from the time she left the farm gate to come to school , and returned to the farm after school, if she spoke anything at all , it would be in English , or be strapped . The entire community was Scottish – MacLeod’s , MacLean’s , Blue’s , MacNaughton’s , Cameron’s , etc.

Why would anyone take any “Statins” to reduce cholesterol ? they are bad for you, it’s just a BigFarma ploy to sell their products ($ billion). You can maintain your cholesterol level through proper balanced diet and a little bit of physical exercise . Cholesterol level differs between individuals depending on your body requirement ( observing sensible diet), needed for repair of arteries. I personally would never consider taking any statins. Most important avoid manufactured products with high level of trans fats ( hydrogenated oil usage ), they are responsible for 90% of blocked arteries and need for the bypass operations , as per reputable heart surgeon.
From my observation people that live the longest are are once that avoid doctors, medicine and hospitals unless absolutely necessary.
