I agree with you comment , but as a single supplement Kafir is probably the single best. Europeans have been consuming sour kraut (fermented cabbage) and fermented cucumber for centuries , more so in villages for economic reasons (storage), all that has been changing, now with fast foods and processed foods the cancer rates will increase.

Macrobiotics: a major tool to heal the impossible

I had over 20 diagnoses for which there still to this day are no known causes and no known cures in medicine. So I figured the first place to start would be to see what folks had used who claimed they had cured their own cancers. When I read Elaine Nussbaum’s story, Recovery From Cancer, I then investigated her and many other people who had claimed the same. She is very well today 23 years after her metastatic cancer, against which medicine was totally powerless.

The next step was to see what macrobiotics could do for me. I was dependent upon eleven allergy injections a week for years for migraines, asthma, chronic sinusitis, brain fog, and eczema, triggered by many pollens, dust, molds, foods and chemicals. As well, I had colitis, arthritis, unwarranted depression, exhaustion, and a recent onset of a uselessly painful right shoulder which baffled orthopedic specialists.

I couldn’t even raise my arm to brush my hair or pick up a medical chart for six months. Within one month of the strict phase macrobiotic diet, as I described in detail in The Cure Is In the Kitchen, I was windsurfing in the Caribbean, because my shoulder was cured. As well, I’ve never had or needed another allergy injection. But what macrobiotics did for me is a drop in the bucket, compared with what I saw with hundreds of my patients. I saw people turn on and off like a switch such conditions as multiple sclerosis, severe chemical sensitivities, multiple myeloma and other cancers and conditions.

Sherry A Rogers, M.D., a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice, a Fellow of the American College of Allergy and Immunology and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine, has been in private practice for over 26 years. She is a lecturer of yearly original scientific material, as well as advanced courses for physicians. She was the keynote speaker for the international symposium Indoor Air Quality 86 in which she described the office method for testing chemical sensitivities. She developed the Formaldehyde Spot Test and published her mold research in three volumes of the ANNALS Of ALLERGY. She has published chemical testing methods in the National Institutes of Health journal, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH PERSPECTIVES. She has published 17 scientific articles, 10 books, and was the environmental medicine editor for INTERNAL MEDICINE WORLD REPORT.

Medical researchers now have conclusively shown that 95% of all disease, including cancer has only two major causes: diet and environment. We’re the first generation of man to have ever eaten so many processed foods low in nutrients. As well we are the first generation to ever tank up on so many chemicals in our air, food, and water. As a result, the work of detoxifying this enormous, yet hidden load, causes the loss of even further nutrients. As well, government EPA studies show that 100% of U.S. humans harbor in their bodies PCBs, dioxins, volatile organic hydrocarbons, pesticides, heavy metals and other chemicals, most all of which are potent triggers to cancers. The load is so heavy now that when I was in medical school 35 years ago cancer was rare, the 10th cause of death. Now it is the number two disease to cause death in adults and number one for children ages 1-15. If that doesn’t give us a wake-up call that we have done something very nasty to the environment, then I guess nothing will.

As a result, we have found that as healing as the macrobiotic diet is, many people are too polluted and nutrient-depleted to heal with just the macrobiotic diet alone. As we described in Detoxify Or Die, we show folks how to determine their levels of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and correct them. As well, how to determine their levels of toxicity and get the disease-promoting chemicals out of the body. The beauty is that the combination of the macrobiotic diet, nutritional correction and reversing the level of toxicity has enabled people to heal the impossible. And if they are just plain well, it’s the closest thing to the fountain of youth that we can attain, for it restores our levels of health back to where they were decades prior and in fact most are even better. Thank you for the opportunity to bring this information to folks. I’ve been practicing medicine for 33 years and also offer phone consultations to folks who want guidance through the maze of options. I know that many people are unnecessarily suffering. They haven’t a clue that they possess the major control over their health destiny.

Hi Rich,  you have mentioned macrobiotics  , is that some form of probiotics for the digestive system . I have been using naturally made probiotics from milk , using KEFIR  grains to ferment the milk, producing very strong probiotics, far superior than the commercial staff.  Also available for water and coconut water.

I have suggested the use for my granddaughter that has strong food allergies , not just peanuts, all dairy products and numerous other foods.

My daughter started giving water KAFIR to my granddaughter and she has observed a tremendous difference in her tolerance of the foods, she could not have before. Prior to that she went to allergies specialists that gave her vitamins and some other products with little or no improvement. She swears by it now.

Heard about 4 months ago about some research in Sydney, Australia about the  probiotics , as good gut bacteria. I suppose the research will eventually produce ( 5 years was mentioned )  gut microbes product for substantial price , possibly similar to what you can buy now for $20 and you reuse grain over and over, from the original batch, they just keep growing. You should be able to buy it in some health food stores.

It is good to use it on a daily basis just to maintain good health and good gut bacteria. I think Kafir was originally used in Turkey and Russia for centuries, and the locals using it lived well beyond average age (100+).

I hope the info will be beneficial , just do some of your own research.

Ps. Forgot to mention a  good dose of vitamins eg VitaminC 1-2g per day, plus all the others ( and not as the single multi-vitamin)

Have been doing this for years and everybody gives me 10 years less than I am. Something works, or maybe just good genes.

re your:

“It’s not that I am particularly interested in the history of the U.S. dollar and it’s role over the years. But I am particularly interested in the future purchasing power of our present holdings in phyzz and in PM-related equities. My outlook for the future of these holdings involves expectations that reverse back and forth between a hopeful future and a grim one.

My current viewpoint in this wavering cycle is one of strong optimism that global forces, involving especially Russia and China’s attitudes and actions towards precious metals, will determine the global role of the U.S. dollar, and that if we can hold on to our present PM-related holdings then these assets are going to have acceptable purchasing power in the future rather than holding these assets in fiat form. ”

Comment:

Thanks for the comeback, well said and all makes sense. Gold, physical is a no brainer, no matter what happens in the future.  If the system ever evolved back to a global gold standard, like the 1492 to 1913 era, the old Federal Reserve Notes would have to be exchanged for the new US gold backed U.S. Dollars.  The Fed Notes would lose a lot of value.

For example, with gold at $1,200 and a Gold Eagle at $50, the exchange rate today would be 24 Fed Notes for each new Gold backed U.S. Dollar.

P.S. I was too generous above. In reality with all the excess Fed Note money created, and if a rush to exchange unfolds, the exchange could go $3,000 to $5000/oz in Fed Notes in exchange for each Gold Dollar.

Cozying up to the Chinese? Hmmm interesting timing.

yeah, I know what you mean. Funny thing is it trades like it’s a merger of equals. Even funnier is that the combined acquisition is only $18 billion. Less than if the pot stocks Canopy Growth and Tilray were to merge.

I see Great Panther is doing an acquisition as well and it’s getting the usual smash.

At least we can’t say these mergers are taking place at the top…

Macroman3-if your friend is well enough to travel to Portugal, that means he can still eat and digest food-if

true, then he need not die–once digestion goes, then forget about it–if he wants to live, he should not go to Portugal for one last gourmet binge–but it’s up to him–he must make a radical change in his diet and lifestyle-the macrobiotic diet or one of gary Nulls cancer protocols are 2 of the best out of many non-traditional ways to get well–if he’s interested, I could share my experience with him…

Macrobiotic Diet and Research

There were not many clinical studies to assess the potential of the Macrobiotic diet for alternative cancer treatment, but for the researches, which were completed, the results were more than encouraging.  One of the studies on Macrobiotic diet and nutritionally linked cancers (including pancreatic cancer), published in Journal of the American College of Nutrition, has exposed very interesting results: “The retrospective study of pancreatic patients disclosed that 1-year survival was higher among those who modified their diet than in those for whom there was no evidence as to diet alteration”.

*********************************************

Mean survival for the 23 patients was 17 months, vs. 6 months for the control group. Median survival was 13 vs. 3 months for the controls. The actual case histories of the patients using the macrobiotic diet were fascinating. In one instance, the patient had survived 7 years when hospitalized for fever and abdominal pain. The patient died during surgery, and upon autopsy they found that the cancer was still on the head of the pancreas, but it had not increased in size over the years. Case 2 offered a similar type of result. There the patient showed no progression of the cancer for the 5 years of using the diet. However upon resumption of his standard diet the cancer seemed to spread and he died 2 years late. Patient 3 practiced the macrobiotic diet as well as chemo and monoclonal therapies. After 9 years he was in excellent health and no mass could be defined in the pancreas. Finally in case no. 4, the patient had basically no conventional therapy but went on the macrobiotic diet. After 5 years he remained in good health, while a CT scan after 3 years showed that the tumor was still present.

******************************************************

Other scientific studies have shown increased survival rates in both pancreatic and metastatic cancer in those following a macrobiotic diet as well. One study of note, cited in “Unconventional Cancer Treatments” in 1990 by the U.S. Congress Office of Technology Assessment, followed six patients with advanced malignancies. Vivian Newbold, a Philadelphia physician, documented all six cases of remission. CT scans and other medical tests revealed no presence of tumors after careful adherence to a macrobiotic diet.

Equisetum re14:18 Re Trump and The Beginning Of The US Dollar Decline

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 20:38 on September 23, 2018

Me? I think the beginning of the US Dollar decline started in 1913. I hear it lost 98% since then. That story read like it was written by the deep state themselves. And did you see the sponsors? Multinational mining companies. They don’t want tariffs and restrictions.

If anything after all these decades after 1913, and a reversal of the past unfolding, it might make sense that the dollar gains value over time. Going back to the gold/silver global currency standard also may unfold.

Note $1200 One Ounce Gold Eagles have $50 stamped on them. That was a choice or decision from 1986. As if the Fed Note didn’t count, figuring it was a temporary currency that would eventually fail. Funny, the Fed Note has US Dollar stamped on it. The Fed Note is illegally doing funny business as US Dollar. So yes, maybe we will see the decline of the Fed Note (fake dollar) That would make sense.
