In My Opinion They Are Both “Under Dogs” and Pushed Up The Ladder Of Success

If they were very good at their jobs they would have quit gov’t employment and started their own businesses. Especially Brett Kavanagh if he was good, have his own law firm and earn a LOT more money. Isn’t it common to have so so qualified people working at gov’t service jobs?
