are not sending their CEO to the Conference in the desert  butttt  THEY ARE SENDING REPRESENTATIVES .

THEY ARE NOT GOING TO ALLOW HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF dollars to escape because of some Fucking JOURNALIST ……They dont like the OPTICS of LOOKING bad …but they are NOT STUPID ..
