Loading ...He was relating how himself and a group of 20 or 30 other vehicles were trapped in the downtown area. Every time they tried to drive out they were stopped by fire or stopped traffic. At one point police there were suggesting that they should abandon their cars and lay down in the middle of an intersection! Finally a CHP came by and guided them out an open road to the north.
He was sure glad to get out of there!
