The various moving averages are now containing the dips rather than containing the rallies. It appears some kind of up move is imminent. I would certainly like to know how far. The sideways movement may continue for some time but JNUG is suggesting a good move.

Sorry I’m responding a little late. First I slept in, then had trouble changing my overnight Depends :o). But I’m wondering how they missed the verse about all the chemtrailing?? The problem I see is not all the baby boomers, it’s the gone nuts government giving away Canada to anyone that wants it. All they gotta do is come here and hold out their hand and the government fills it with free food, free housing, and free medical care……and it’s all paid for by all those baby boomers who seem to be the last ones on the planet that did a decent days work in their life and earned their money and saved it toward their golden years. And now the easiest way to support this socialistic system is to volunteer all those baby boomers and their wealth for assisted “death by doctor” in order to keep the system going a little longer. Who says there ain’t no free lunch???????? LOL!!!

Vale told to pay $26.8m in damages to indigenous tribes

A Brazilian court has ordered Vale (NYSE:VALE) to pay two indigenous tribes $26.8 million over river contamination and public health-related issues caused by the company’s nickel-extracting operations in the northern state of Pará.

The judge also instructed Vale to halt operations at Onça Puma nickel mine until it meets certain environmental requirements and the company compensates the Xikrin and Kayapo tribes.

Vale said in a statement quoted by Fórum that it would appeal the decision as “experts’ reports show that the venture has not caused any harm to the Catete river and the indigenous communities.”

The company added that the court decision did not bring anything new to “a case that is still ongoing.”
