nobody mentioned that Government employees who work HOURLY dont get paid at all ?

Did you know Postal Rates go up today by .05    ?  Thats a big increase   like 10 %  ,How come I didnt get a 10 % increase in SOCIAL SECURITY  ?   Whats that based on ? rate of inflation average   ?
