Loading ...The books Richard posted sounds more like it. Plus they’re recipes for foods that revolve around this diet everywhere like roasted carrot soup for instance and other recipes but might have to take out some of the ingredient or trade for others.

Note that he did have surgery to remove the tumor. Hopefully Winedoc could lead you in the right direction.
