Yes someone from Texas a professional couple one a psychologist, wife a chemist and proof writer but very good with weapons beyond the norm keep them on them even when taking a bath told me about it. They’ll even look to steal gas from your car so you have to watch that too. They had a problem though after Katrina when they offered all the Louisiana victims over.
Said crime went up and they aren’t used to getting locked up about it. I guess in Louisiana they didn’t do much or get much time and now they were so some went back.
That’s all you need at those times but their out there.
I think I’d have a inflatable boat though to get around.
