I read that ‘Northbound’ and was confused momentarily also. Then I realized that the “California Coasters” run in Push-Pull mode without turning around for the return trips. You are seeing a locomotive on the south end of the train… pushing the train northbound ahead of it. Mystery solved.
These trains have a control-cab in the end car that has remote locomotive controls, so the engineer sits in there with a forward view of the tracks ahead as he controls the pusher locomotive in the rear.

When I was 13-14 was in the Civil Air Partrol ” anything for a girl to learn to fly and sky dive” used to watch these 5 little kids of a Air Force pilot. They were good kids easy to watch. Dad was back in Vietnam Nam and those little kids had to wake up one day to a crying mom who had to tell them daddy’s not coming home. Daddy’s in heaven now. Daddy plane was shot down. Wasn’t for first kids I met who lost their dad.
What about them? I’ll never forget how they did not get the compassion or respect they and their ” family’s” deserved.

Although most my family was in WW1 and WW11 let’s not forget the Viet Nam veterans. The People have not of yet made up for the way they were treated in a impossible war they shipped them off to many right out of high school. They didn’t even have the option.

* A leading Republican lawmaker, Rep. Michael McCaul (R-Texas), also the ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, has pointed out that recent intelligence obtained about Iran’s threat was extremely detailed.
* These are simply preemptive measures that any rational state would take in the face of those clear threats. They were being taken to save the lives of American citizens and prevent the world’s official leading state sponsor of terrorism from destabilizing the region.
* What do critics of the Trump administration expect the American government to do…? Do these critics want the Trump administration to ignore Iran and its terror groups until another terrorist act like 9/11 occurs? Or is it possible that these critics, deep-down, do not care about U.S. national security and the lives of ordinary citizens?

While plans were being concocted to harm or murder Americans, it is mind-boggling that people — even entire governments — were criticizing the Trump administration for preparing preemptive measures against multiple credible threats from the Iranian government and its forces.

Zakaria Al-Jaber’s mother reportedly watched her son being stabbed in the neck with a piece of glass until he was beheaded.
