Sprott to Acquire Tocqueville Gold Strategies
John Hathaway and Tocqueville Gold Team to Join Sprott
Highlights:
- Sprott Inc. and Tocqueville Asset Management LP have entered into a definitive agreement regarding the sale of Tocqueville’s gold strategy asset management business to Sprott Asset Management
- The Tocqueville gold investment team comprised of Senior Portfolio Manager John Hathaway and Portfolio Managers Douglas Groh and Ryan McIntyre will join Sprott Asset Management on closing
- Based on current asset levels, the transaction will potentially add US$1.9 billion (C$2.5 billion) to Sprott’s AUM1
- The Agreement contemplates the transfer to Sprott of the responsibility to manage or sub-advise the gold strategies currently managed or sub-advised by the Tocqueville gold investment team for various Tocqueville clients including the Tocqueville Gold Fund (TGLDX) and certain other institutional accounts
- Subject to security holder approval for certain acquired strategies, regulatory and stock exchange approvals and other customary conditions to closing, the transaction is currently expected to close in January 2020

I actually thought it was a good move ,just surprised at the 20,000 .Given the way markets are manipulated .I believe markets are monitored by sharks and algorithms and they would have first ran the Market UP to force you out ..them reversed and ran “dust” up .So that you would have been correct in your assessment ,but lost money ! You are a good trader but THEY would have spotted the size instantly ! Just keep trading and taking them …stay under the RADAR !

Heavy Clashes Erupt Between Indian, Pakistani Forces In Kashmir
Reuters reports intense clashes broke out Wednesday along the Line of Control in contested Kashmir between Indian and Pakistani troops.
Citing local media, Reuters described that “troops on the border had exchanged heavy fire and that Pakistani troops have fired mortars in the clashes.” The exchange of fire took place according to local media at the Sunderbani Sector along the Line of Control (LOC) after 10pm local time, with each side blaming the other for breaching a ceasefire.

Ag is up 4.2 % but SSRM is up 0.33 %….that is a sick joke,,, all Silver stox shud be up 8 to 12 % minimum…the scum are sitting on SSRM and PAAS…others I haven’t checked.
Hui shud be plus 10 % as well………it will catch up, because soon the physical shortages are gonna be too blatant to hide. but u can count on there being next to nothing in the MSM about any of this……Gold is at all time records in most currencies and not a word….certainly nothing in the UK…it may as well not exist.
