I need to look at the schedule to confirm the date but a grain report is coming soon. The scum normally pushes the market opposite of the report. I plan on being long corn before the report.
Stock market looks weak and could break hard. That would be supportive of grains when the money rolls out of the stock market.
Inverted yield curve indicates a coming recession so act accordingly ”

Jesse Livermore had this to say about such moments…
“After spending many years in Wall Street and after making and losing millions of dollars I want to tell you this: it never was my thinking that made the big money for me. It was always my sitting. Got that? My sitting tight!
It is no trick at all to be right on the market. I’ve known many [traders] who were right at exactly the right time, and began buying or selling stocks when prices were at the very level that should show the greatest profit. And their experience invariably matched mine; that is, they made no real money out of it. [Traders] who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon. I found it one of the hardest things to learn. But it is only after a stock operator has firmly grasped this that he can make the big money.” — Jesse Livermore
Reminiscences of a Stock Operator is a 1923 roman à clef by American author Edwin Lefèvre which is the thinly disguised biography of Jesse Lauriston Livermore. The Wall Street Journal described the book as a “classic”, it was ranked #15 on ‘Fortune’s 75 The Smartest Books We Know’, and Alan Greenspan said it is “a font of investing wisdom.”
If you search Guttenberg Press ..I believe you can download a FREE copy…,Its hard to find ,look here…

What I thought from the beginning about this one is this is a gold move, not a sliver move. Sliver might benefit but basically a gold move.

Commercials still pressing in gold against the funds, but not in silver.
Course, these reports haven’t meant much for the last couple of months.

Yeah, scum might win the battle today, as I see they’ve brought the DOW back, but right now they appear to be losing the war. I see a few silver stocks like SSRM getting hit for a couple %.
I do remember when we used to get crushed in the last hour of every trading day for at least the last seven years. Not so much anymore, seems like dip buyers on the momentum side are looking for ever opportunity to get on the train these days.
Maybe I’m too optimistic, I just don’t think getting the DOW back to flat is anything like what we’ve seen for all these years.

they will pay and PAY and PAY higher prices nobody sells food a cheap as American farmers.
then what happens when places like Brazil have a drought ,then what ? WE wont be so kind to China they better be careful what they say ! If they are smart they will say “thank you for your past business”we look forward to doing business again…thats the right responce…!

FOOD Exports should plunge if crops are small,we need to eat FIRST ,then China can fend for themselves .America FIRST ! Get real people ! Its not a crisis for us if we dont export food ,its a CRISIS for them !

A Farm crisis is when theres not enough food to eat ..this is not a crisis when we got corn to convert into FUEL thats not a crisis .When China dosent have enough food to eat …thats a crisis … We can always print money to keep the farmers going ..thats not a crisis, yes its better if they can export ! BUT to call it a crisis is a play with words to get sympathy …If China dosent have enough food to eat they will change their mind in an instant about buying American Soybeans .
Everything is NOT a crisis until you dont have enough to eat, then you got a crisis .THATS why we as a country have price supports for farmers ,its good business to keep them going or WE dont eat…..then we got a real problem…WE are blessed with good Farm land and a diversified climate
if one part of the country is in drought another can take up the slack….

OUAGADOUGOU (Reuters) – Security forces in Burkina Faso have sealed off an Avesoro gold mine after a security guard killed an intruder and local people attacked the site in retaliation, security sources said on Friday.
The Youga gold mine, in the south of the country, was shut down following the incident on Thursday, three employees told Reuters. Local and foreign staff have fled the site, they said.
“A security guard in the Youga mine…opened fire on an outsider to the mine, killing them. Following this incident, the population retaliated, injuring several people and causing significant material damage,” a government statement said on Thursday.

Bailout #3: Chinese Bank With $200 Billion In Assets Is Nationalized
Step aside Baoshang Bank and Bank of Jinzhou, it’s time for Chinese bank bailout #3.
Last month, when reporting on the imminent failure of yet another Chinese bank in the inglorious aftermath of Baoshang Bank’s late May state takeover, we dusted off a list of deeply troubled Chinese financial institutions that had delayed their 2018 annual reports…
