Yeah, that was it! Lived in a dumpster. 🙂
Captain–thanks very much–I’ve. been wondering. when it would be impossible for governments to hide inflation in their phony monthly. reports
A repeat. of the 70s?? WE’d. be lucky. to get off so easily. after all these years of printing our way to prosperity. to support the changeover of the developed nations into welfare states…
Is the. plunge in oil the one “diagnostic clue”. that is telling us to hold. our. gold. and. expect no rosy scenario? There may be trouble ahead…world markets will. have to face the music….

It’s screaming higher now.
But from a gold holders perspective, and a view supported by Martin Armstrong, this is what you want to see.
Why?
Because it means the safe haven trade into the US is accelerating as the rest of the world collapses. This of course means more currency debasement is to be expected. And with falling rates in the US having no effect domestically as well (the US is the cleanest dirty shirt), pushing on the proverbial string, negative rates cannot be counted out here too, which is a prescription for screaming PM prices eventually.
It’s just a matter of time.
All fiat currency/free money regimes fail.
People think this is not possible with the exchange rate mechanisms in place (its a global affair), but they are wrong.
This will be evident in skyrocketing prices of real goods in good time.
Cheers
Why. am I not. surprised…if. they. can. do this why haven’t they. shut down gold yet??

For Second Week In A Row, Fed Buys Treasuries
BUYGOLD–The buck. is. up .390=not screaming but the direction is wrong for us-My Main worry is. that Trump defers the tariffs on
Sunday…gold would. really be slammed…I just. got home and sold my GUSH…still made $12.5K….and. will. definitely keep playing this. ETF…on the other hand if the. tariffs go into effect and there is no. new. nicey dialogue from Trump or. China, than stocks could tank, Â yields fall and gold pop. an ole $30 Monday nite….I. got. a. Â bad feeling. about gold…but. will hold all positions…cause in a bull mkt, surprises are to the upside

OK, I’ll guess that that one particular poster that you referred to was named Frostbite.
The CoinGuy
I have not gone back and re-read Richard’s post, but I remember him asking you to be less cryptic. Meaning, he wants to understand what you are trying to say. I cannot speak for anyone else, but it seems to me that he and many of us here are interested in many varying opinions. There are some posters that I may skip over, or skim quickly. But generally no one is discouraged from posting, unless they overload the forum with obviously ridiculous propaganda or meaningless drivel or continuously attack other posters. (Actually, meaningless drivel has been tolerated if it had some wisdom or was entertaining. Thinking of a couple of former posters, one in particular :-))
I don’t think Richard’s post merited your reaction and response.
If I interpreted your response incorrectly, my apologies
Wow
Just noticed the USD had a huge breakout. Not really hurting us yet, I guess because rates are the only thing that matter these days, but still a stunning short squeeze in the currency markets.
Have to see what the news is this time. Crazy.
Hmm…
Wondering if the funds want to show that they have some pm exposure at the end of the quarter? Would make sense since it’s one of the best performing sectors in the market right?
I guess they’d want some bond exposure as well.
Looking good folks.
hurricane dorian
national hurricane center projection shows hurricane dorian centered at mar – a – lago at 0200 tuesday morning
EDIT. saturday morning
the above link updates. the projected storm track moves eastwards (rightward) with each new advisory. it now appears the storm center may not make landfall on the u. s. east coast. i like that. i’m sure many others do too.
Good morning Buygold
I didn’t know that NGD was hedging. Was it forced on them by the banks or did the CEO decide that he’s a genius market timer. I think there’s a difference …
LOL Huggies finding a need and filling it! LOL
R6 – Oil really getting spanked now down 3%
Did you call it a day with your GUSH trade?
Ipso – NGD
NGD is just not one I can bring myself to touch given the fact that they hedge, and now another bought deal. They are a banksters dream. I know that R6 made a lot of money by grabbing some options on the bottom but I just don’t see the as a great play going forward.
10 & 30 yr. starting to slowly roll over. Oil down, USD flat.
Might end up being a solid day for us today after the pullback yesterday.
Morning R6, Ipso
Yeah, my pops sends me a lot of funny stuff, most of it a little too crude to post here. 🙂
Wolanchuk could be right about markets & gold rallying together. I have no clue. Who know what Trump will come up with over the weekend to goose the markets. Saw an article that said he lied about the top Chinese officials calling for trade talks this week just to keep the markets from falling. The guy plays the markets like a fiddle. He must revel in the power of his words…
Another one from dad…
When are these guys going to stop issuing new shares?

Ilhan Omar Demands UN Take Control Of US Borders In Mirror Of European Migrant Crisis
Buygold-well, I. guess if Trump announces on Sunday he will suspend implementation of
the. latest tariffs,  the stock market could. gap up 500. DOW pts.  Monday nite and gold be down $20 or  $30…that’s the only big. risk. I. see now…there.  is no question that our FED and. Treasury  are. still trying to. reverse. the G&S. rally…and would pile on via. the.  NY. FED trading. desk if. they saw an opportunity.
Then. there’s Wolanchuks contention that stocks and gold rise together…
Morning Winedoc
Good luck on the platinum. I think you and RNO are on the right track there.
