Loading ...are targets ,..so why cant they buy Fresh Water from the US ,why do they need to make their own…Send an oil tanker here full of oil ,stop by the Great Lakes on your way back to fill up with water ,an even trade …Rinse and repeat ! Why are we so Stupid ? Fresh water is more valuable that oil when you need a drink isnt it ? Those are our terms take it or leave it ..Why do our Politicians and negotiators always sell us out so cheap !
