autumn fun and game…

helping my son weld together a hog trap.  the woods are full of wild (actually feral) hogs.  a lot of free pork running around out there.  i have some good recipes for italian and sicilian sausage.     ah, salami calabrese!  enough garlic to scare away two vampires and a werewolf.
