Loading ...I saw the above in the local paper, and asked myself what the hell is a Hull Note??? Basically the Hull Note was like a declaration of war. It sounded like “You do as you are told or we are at war with you.” We were always told Japan started it with Pearl Harbor, now I’m thinking “we” or the global minded people that influence us started the war.
