A quick check on Amazon reveals an array of brands and more than one source of selenium.  What should one be looking for in terms of source?  Selenium derived from what?  Yeast was one option; some chemical names were another.

One of the ill physicians, a man in his 40s, is a doctor at EvergreenHealth Medical Center in Kirkland, Wash., a hospital near Seattle which has seen one of the largest concentrations of cases in the United States.
“EvergreenHealth is providing care for one of our physicians who has a confirmed case of Covid-19. He is in critical condition but stable,” the hospital said in a statement.
Dr. Jaquis said it appeared that the doctor had access to adequate protective equipment. “This was an area with an outbreak, so they were expecting and prepared. That obviously makes us more nervous.”

I have to worry about going into homes were people “ parents of patients “ go out and about. Today a parent told me she’s going to hunker down now for a month “ after going out to a casino for dinner where a lot of Asians go no less.” I said oh does that mean I don’t have to come over this month? She said hell no lol especially with school out too.

People here exposed haven’t got it with casual contact as we saw with the politicians and President exposed. I’m guessing so many people walking into hospitals there helped spread it faster.
I’m more worried about people everywhere being financially ruined at this point. Can pay rent mortgage or business costs and rent because of these politicians. Less you say a real epidemic risk, Nothing when we had one with the flu and over 35 thousand died and still out there
I had a doctor apt last week in a big building last week. Usually when I walk in I see a like firmed with a bunch of people and two rows of receptionist.
It was empty just the workers sitting there. The whole place was empty. I would be considered one at risk and I was the only one there. Lol
So here they’re staying away from hospitals and doctors offices less they have to go. Nevertheless my Doctor already burnt out she’s quitting these corporate hospitals going back to Wisconsin area but her husband who doesn’t want to will settle for Chicago. I said what’s worse sounds no better but she’s done. There’s corporate greedy idiots are burning out good doctors.

All the information I have on Selenium is updated in the open on my 18:12 post below.  Yes, nutritional selenium can be adequate via brazil nuts or Astragalus herb or other sources.  More than 400mcg daily is associated with an increased risk of diabetes.

The 220mcg selenium supplement pills are easy and adequate for people who don’t know their nutritional intake.

What dosage of Selenium do you recommend? Keeping in mind I probably get near 200 from food a day. I saw that R 640 ordered 5 bottles of what I assume is Selenium. 400mcg is the upper limit too, I read. Overdosage sounds pretty catastrophic.

I don’t worry about the virus so much anymore.  I have my solutions and protections ‘in hand’.  I worry about the crash aftermath and GREATER DEPRESSION to come.
