What justifies it it’s help in daily care, bathing , bathroom, feeding, mobility, monitoring, shopping, cooking, a hour a day of keeping up house laundry and can’t be left alone so push for 24 hour care they might not give you as I think it would be 66 hrs a week max.
Cheaper though than long term care hospitals by far.
