That’s terrible and hope she didn’t suffer too much pain.
Good they both lived without organ involvement other than possibly some in their lungs.
One doctor back when put in a chest tube in a patient and his lung collapsed. So he goes around to the other lung inserts a tube and that one collapsed. The patient died. I didn’t see it, a upset respiratory therapist told me about it. Was also a learning hospital where some aren’t monitored. In short I will never be a patient in a learning hospital.
