Loading ...No Backwardation, as such…what we have is a huge premium for Gold in Crimex, over Gold in London….which is put down to not being able to fly the Gold from London to New York, even though, Crimex suddenly changed the rules, for delivery in New York/Crimex, from only 100 Oz bars to kilo bars and 400 oz bars, in other words pretty much any old bars.
It maybe true, that no-one will risk arbitraging the difference, due to no planes…but as I said to Buygold, I think the airforce would be brought in…if they had the gold available….that the premium is still there after 3 weeks. says there is no available gold…..
