Not sure about Oil….I think there is more to the Vlad Saudi story, than a deflationary play….The Donald does not want a dead Oil economy, on top of all the virus damage…taking out Shale makes big sense, for Vlad/Saudi.

Governors here who locked down he said was a wrong policy and will be difficult to reverse. Civil unrest will increase especially the unemployment checks stop imo and blame the ones who locked them down for causing it. Already people complaining they can’t get through to them on phone and auto not working right they aren’t hiring enough people to handle the calls and actually cut hours. The online has glitches and they can’t log in to certify for their weeks and no one to call or email. A recording told two people to mail it in but no info where to get it the form or address. Sounds incompetent and half ass to me.

The crash in oil could be a signal, for those astute enough to read it–that the world is headed for a 1930s style depression…but this time with civil strife and maybe even martial law and suspension of elections…it ain’t gonna be fun…

Where I’m at with gas taxes it’s 2:35 to near 3 dollars. We got a gas tax repeal on the ballot but I think the way they worded it and probably on purpose people who intended to vote against it since no one said they voted for it accidentally voted for it.
That’s a switch about Hawaii. But can see why if they’re trying to diligently get rid of it and showing up on your shores. People from China even knew they had it and were taking Tylenol to bring down their fever to pass the temperature check. Did you have any groups from China coming in before it got out?
That’s kinda funny. Back in the late 60s around 69 to young to go to bars as a teen we kids would drive to Illinois to Italian restaurants for pizza regardless of all the cheese in Wisconsin. I remember some adults would instead of bars have their own drinking food parties. They’d hop from house to house with drinks and different food. I thought that was crazy and glad no one got into a accident. I’m glad they stopped. If you still do that when you get your next check up make sure you get liver enzymes check. It’s another thing that can sneak up on you.
That reminds me of the 80s when we lived in Rockford and used to go up to southern WI now and then to eat cheese sandwiches and drink Wisconsin beer. The bars, like Baumgartners in Monroe, would serve cheese sandwiches with about a 3/8 slab of cheese between two pieces of bread and mustard was optional. Anything from Lindburger to Swiss to White Cheddar…
And the little places would have the dice game where you would get a cup of 5 dice. Pay a dollar and get your chance. Shake em up throw em on the bar. 5 of a kind win the whole pot of money. 4 of a kind …and on down if you got a full house maybe a six pack a pair of aces a free beer. Only allowed one spin per day. We would drive from small town to small town, eating cheese sandwiches and spinning the dice for free beer.
Friends in Wisconsin report gasoline in the Madison area is below $1.00/gallon. Shades of the 70’s ‘gas wars’. Cheapest I ever got back then was 25 cents/gallon.
