“Tides in the Affairs of Men” by Edgar Lawrence Smith, published The Macmillan Co  1939 copyright 1989 Fraser Publishing  Burlington Vermont 05402

Explains the Ten Year Cycle and the effects of weather on the Stock Market ..Its been very accurate when brought up to date since 1939 …years ending in “0” are not good….2020….check maybe The Guttenberg Press free on line books ..maybe ?
