or Brother Nathanel
I found a few more companies doing the same thing ..trying to make late fees without raising prices because it looks bad to raise prices now !
I did get rid of them too !
they are going to take back Seattle on the of JULY 4 ….its going to be interesting.
R640- I learned the hard way how to make a small fortune trading commodities….. Start with a large fortune. Haven’t traded paper since.
Oro – I joyfully dumped AT&T as my mobile provider last month. My issue was their fraudulent paper billing practices. Their bills are due in only 20 days from print (not the customary 30 day cycle). THEN they hold the bills for 10 days (or more) before the Postal service gets them. By the time the bill arrives… I would pay it with the next day’s outgoing mail… and would invariably get a ‘late fee’ tacked on next month. This went on for three or four months and I documented it all in a complaint to their customer service. Their reply was essentially ”… we’ve had some problems”… but no resolution nor satisfaction. Bye-bye Ma Bell!
