how and to whom sell

checked with one reputable dealer on selling a monster box of eagles.    asking price was $30 +/coin ,  other dealers $35+ per coin

buyback price was $1.75 + spot for sealed monster box.     Any suggestions on selling  ?   I need to take my minimum IRA withdrawal.
