Loading ...I think maybe the $10 is some kind of minimum charge. ! can’t imagine them charging that kind of percentage if I was changing a larger amount. It’s good work if you can get it! 🙂
There is some paperwork involved. I had to sign for it … and got a copy of the form. A “Buy From Customer Receipt.”
