Loading ...In California most the mail workers are either minorities with limited vocabulary or immigrants now. Who knows, they may see PA “ Philadelphia “ as Pasadena in Calif like a teen might for all we know lol Many of the Mail people of past have retired and heard it’s getting crazier from my youngest mother in law retired couple years ago as a supervisor from the post office.
They should maybe have classes on it including for Europe.
The postal address are unfamiliar.
I ordered a coin from France years ago before the Euro exchange rate and they had to mail it twice as it was returned to them. If I remember rightly they left out California and just put United States or America or something on it the first time.
