Looks like a good place for some shrooms.

Geologic stuff is a good reminder of how short our stay here is.

city of rocks state park, a few miles north of deming, new mexico.  it’s “welded tuff.”  half a zillion years ago, a volcano burped out a pile of hot glop.  parts of it were hot enough for the particles to weld themselves together into hard rock.  other parts of the pile weren’t as hot, and they made softer rock.  over the intervening half zillion years, the sun, rain, frost, wind etc. had their way with the soft stuff, leaving a couple square miles of random shaped rocks.  nice facilities at the park.  hot showers, rv parking. pet friendly.  not near anything, bring everything you’re going to need, cuz there isn’t a minit-mart.

It won’t be long now

Gold Has Only One Resistance Point Left: The All-Time High

FYI, Break Out, even today, ticker PLG aka Platinum Group Metals Ltd

Posted by Mr.Copper @ 15:30 on July 23, 2020

Looks like past few days higher volume on it too. I’ve been sitting on this one a while, along with the other Platinum Palladium ticker SBSW the old Stillwater mining.

P.S. Also two other platinum group metals miners are ANGPY, and IMPUY, and they pay divs.

It turned into a pretty good bruising today … but if you sell what else are you gonna buy? Physical maybe if you can find some that doesn’t have sky high premiums.

If you sell to buy back cheaper, later you may watch as the market runs away from you. Who knows?

Hey treefrog what’s the name of that rock? No on second thought don’t tell me. 🙂

OK – looks like we might have a short term top in the shares

Posted by Buygold @ 14:48 on July 23, 2020

Gold & Silver getting tired maybe too?

Shares tend to forecast, so how much we sell off is anyone’s guess….

One thing though, the dollar has no mojo!

lambo?

Posted by treefrog @ 14:44 on July 23, 2020

no thanks.  a chevvy astro with a bunk in the back will take you (and a dachshund) places you never imagined existed.  a lamborghini probably wouldn’t like the rough roads.

Here’s a similar gold chart to the one I posted last night, but rather than start the large blue pitchfork at the retest low of $255.80, I started this one at the original low of $253.20. That changes the timing of the next top to May/June 2021 instead of November 2020 as last nights chart shows. Once we break free from the old high of $1923.70 I think we have a straight shot to $3600, then consolidate until we have back tested  the old high of 1923.70, and quickly again off to the races to ~$7000. All IMO and FWIW from Silverngold!

You’re a pissa, 🙂 You never give them a break, or say anything nice about them. Keep up the good work. Give me a smile.

Tough to jump in and buy right here, especially for a seasoned goldbug who’s had the plug pulled a million times.

It’s too bad that they can’t come to a negotiated settlement, but it doesn’t seem like anyone is really interested in negotiating in good faith.

If Erdogan was to get voted out (not sure this is possible) then that would solve a lot of problems!

One problem I saw someone mention, is that although Egypt has massive forces, they haven’t seen any real action in a long time, wheras Turkey has seen plenty around Syria and they are very tough fighters….

Though Vlad might make approving noises their way…which won’t hurt the Oil price….if u see what I mean. Whatever happens it won’t calm down, as Egypt does not want Erdogan in, what it considers, it’s back yard.
