The Mesa County Clerk and Recorder is reviewing election procedures to make sure the mistake doesn’t happen again.
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — A total of 574 ballots submitted by voters in Mesa County during the 2019 Coordinated Election were found uncounted in a ballot box in Grand Junction, the Mesa County Clerk and Recorder announced Thursday.
The Los Angeles County Registrar is investigating how 83 ballots were sent to a single address at a San Pedro apartment.
The unused ballots were found on Saturday by tenant Jerry Mosna, sitting on top of the mailbox center at his apartment building in San Pedro.
The ballots were all addressed to a two bedroom apartment upstairs from Mosna’s, belonging to an 89-year-old woman.
Stacks of vote-by-mail ballots have been left at Paterson apartment buildings raising concerns about people potentially being disenfranchised in the May municipal elections.
A dozen mail-in ballots were scattered on the floor of the Park East Terrace Apartment complex at 789 11th Avenue. Nearby at the Kent Village complex at 769 11th Avenue mail-in ballots were left on top of mailboxes.

An Indian man said he paid about $4,000 for a bespoke gold face mask to protect him from the coronavirus raging in the country.
The precious metal covering weighs 60 grams (two ounces) and took craftsmen eight days to make, said businessman Shankar Kurhade, from the western city of Pune.
“It is a thin mask and has tiny pores that is helping me to breathe,” Shankar told AFP.
“I am not sure if it will be effective to protect me from a coronavirus infection but I am taking other precautions,” he added.
When going out, the 49-year-old said he likes to adorn himself with gold jewellery weighing a kilogramme, including a bracelet, necklace and rings on each finger of his right hand.
Kurhade — whose company makes industrial sheds — said he got the idea for the gold face mask after seeing a media report about a man wearing one made from silver.

Saw pictures after of a line of South American men from the south someone voting took a pic of standing with their utility bills In their hands as proof of address but no proof of citizenship needed.
…you would think one of the geniuses out there would figure out silver should be a key element in masks because of it’s bacterial / virus fighting attributes (the best).

We seen what happened in Florida with missing ballots in demo run district.
I seen for myself mail in ballots dropped off in a box at the voting pole and they never turned them in till late after votes were tallied. A lot of BS going on and no voter ID here.
I’ve been voting mail in ballots for at least 10 years. Sheesh wake up. No one has ever stolen my vote. Now who counts the vote and how, yea that’s a big deal. In the end, it doesn’t matter a goddam thing which party you vote for, you get the deep state no matter what. Want a vanilla flavored ice cream cone? Nope. What chocolate? Nope. You only get swirl.
The guy is so far gone people will really be voting for his VP.

Driving over the saddle between our two big mountains the other day, I got a ‘new look’ at a sign I have ignored for years. Approaching the Pohakuloa (military) Training area is a large yellow road sign:

Followed by a red flagpole with red flag and flashing red light atop…. the kind the military uses to designate a ‘live fire’ range. Next sign on the road reads:

This is a very dry grassy area, and I had always assumed the signage was all about preventing fires in the area…. but I had a revelation this time. The word “Highfire” was purposefully run together in the first yellow sign to mean something entirely different… as in “Highfire” coming from the firing range that went ‘high’ and over the top of the berm. Where will it land?? Why… along the highway where the sign and red flag are!! The meaning is well disguised by the ‘fire danger’ sign immediately following, which DOES address grass fire conditions.
Clever way of warning you that you might get shot, without causing undue panic.
