Companies have been getting around it to the point In their arrogance they don’t even try to hide it anymore. Like Tec companies complaining which Trump closing borders to terrorist states about their workers not being able to go back and forth.
Here he’s stopping the outsourcing of southern Tec jobs where they’re being forced to train their replacements, people from other countries how to do their work. Some customized their computers and now have to teach these non citizens with little to no experience in what they do how to use them.
Trump is working on making changes to stop this hemorrhaging of our skilled labor force to foreign companies In this case it’s mostly to France, Ireland, India.
