Goldi, the patients can go south quickly and when they do you can’t transport. That is why these chambers need to be at the ICU instead of across town at a wound care center. If you will notice, virtually none of these chambers are located at a hospital. Our local doctor vehemently argued with the administrator to locate at hospital but was denied. It could also be used as adjunct therapy before heart surgery. That would eliminate the memory loss that most experience (including me) after surgery and promote wound healing.
